Our application integrates with Google Calendar API to function. We request permission to access your calendar events.
- Data Accessed: Calendar event titles, start/end times, and conference links (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, Teams links).
- Purpose: To detect upcoming meetings and trigger the "ringing" notification so you do not miss your call.
- Storage: Meeting metadata is processed locally on your device or temporarily in memory. We do not store your calendar schedule on our servers.
C. Device and Usage Data
We may collect information about how you access our Services, including your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. This data is used for analytics and to improve the application.

Meeting Ringer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google Workspace data for serving advertisements. We do not transfer Google Workspace data to third parties unless required for security purposes, to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
